To generate iDAP access for the agency representative, an employee of ICICI Bank will need to onboard them as a consultant through the Bank's Non-Employee Enrollment System (NEES) application. Once their BAN ID is generated, a LAM request needs to be raised for iDAP access and external email access, for this consultant. Since the consultant does not have access to the Bank's laptop / desktop, it is the responsibility of the employee to complete the onboarding formalities.
Step 1: Add the Consultant Company name to NEES application
An employee needs to add their agency name to the Master record of NEES application through the below HelpDesk SR. A proof document must be uploaded in the SR, and the name of the Consultant Parent Company should match exactly with the proof document.
