iDAP LAM User Help Manual
LAM Overview
LAM (Logical Access Management) users are privileged users of the application who manage the primary user roles, including application access levels and permissions. They ensure that every user is assigned the appropriate role based on their job responsibilities, thereby maintaining secure and controlled access within the application.
Application includes four primary roles - referred to as application-level access roles - which govern overall access and usage of the application. the secondary roles can be called as content-level access roles - which define the specific actions users can perform on media content.
Application-level access roles determine which menus and features are available to a user, such as the Upload Media, Content Management, or LAM menus.
Content-level access roles define the permitted actions on media within the user's assigned channels, such as uploading, approving or rejecting, and viewing or downloading media.
