Archival Policy

Archival Policy as set up by Admin Across Application

Archival Policy is set as per below Rules:

A) All assets shall be auto archived after the Media Expiry ( Search shall not be allowed for these assets as per default untill user specifically chooses open to include archive asset search)

By Default Policy is set at 60 days Auto Archival Policy.

1. Reminders:

   1. 1 Day Email Reminder (Triggered 1 day Before)

   2. 7 Days Email Reminder

   3. 15 Days reminder

2. Please note when this policy is enforced FIRST time across the application, many assets shall have more than 60 days archival emails to be triggered and hence, first time email triggering is disabled. This is across application when the policy is ENABLED for the FIRST Time and does not apply to per asset subsequently.
