Media Expiry: Once the media content reaches its expiration date, it will be moved to an archive.
Archiving Process: Expired media will be automatically transferred to a dedicated archive within the database.
Search Visibility: Archived media will not appear in regular search results, ensuring current content remains easily accessible.
Archived Search Option: On the Media Management Search Page a separate dropdown menu will be provided for users to search through archived media when necessary.
Search Accessibility: Users can select this dropdown option to specifically search within the archived data, separating it from the active media.
Functionality Trigger: The archival process is solely based on the expiration status of the media.
Database Management: The database will manage both active and archived media, but will display them based on the selected search criteria.
User Experience: This setup will streamline user experience by keeping expired content out of everyday searches, yet accessible when needed.
Archival Consideration: Only the expiry date of the media is considered for moving content to the archive, without additional criteria.

Old Media Archive Jobs:
For media without an assigned expiry date, a default expiration period of three months will be automatically set. Users have the flexibility to modify the expiry date for any specific media as needed. This ensures that all media items are managed with appropriate expiration timelines while allowing customization for individual cases. The default setting helps maintain consistency, while the edit option provides necessary control.
Search Archived Media:
To Edit this archived media, navigate to Media Management/My Account-> My Media, select media and click to edit
