Media Expiry Reminders

A media expiry date reminder will be sent to the author, with a generic email address copied in CC. The reminder system will send notifications at three intervals:

1. The first reminder will be sent 15 days before the media expires.

2. The second reminder will be sent 7 days before the expiry date.

3. The third and final reminder will be sent one day before the media expires.

This notification system ensures that both the author and the generic email recipient are well-informed about upcoming expirations, allowing ample time for any necessary actions to be taken. By sending reminders at these intervals, the system helps to prevent any unintended lapses in media management.
