Using a CSV file, multiple media items can be created with different titles, descriptions, and tags. A sample file is provided in the Media Upload section as a reference for preparing data for bulk uploads.

Note: Each job allows only a single type of asset to be uploaded to the server (either Documents, Images, Video, or Audio). Therefore, ensure that the CSV file contains only one type of media. Use the provided sample CSV file, modifying only the rows. Do not change the column headers, as this may cause values to be ignored and result in job failure. Additionally, the link used to download the media must be a direct media link that is secure and authenticated. Also make sure as when entering channel name or visibility group, channel name or group id has to be same which is available in application (same with camel case format, with any special character, space etc.)

Currently there can be MAX 500 media per batch (inclusive size should not be greater than 2 GB).

To navigate Bulk Upload Job page.

a) Select "Media Bulk Jobs" menu from sidebar.

b) Click on + icon (Add New) to open batch page.

c) Select Type of Job as "Bulk Upload-with multiple external media links in single csv file (CSV)" from dropdown.

d) Select Type of Media from the dropdown.

e) Add Job name which can be used in future to identify job.

f) Next, the user can select a CSV-formatted job file to upload and process on the server.

Here, a link to a sample CSV file has been provided to create a bulk job file in the valid format. It's important to fill in valid data in the CSV file without making any modifications to the header columns. Any unwanted changes may lead to job failure.

g) Upload csv file

h) User can view uploaded file details in table below of upload section.

i) After csv upload, please click on button “Create Media” to start job on server, Media will be created on server and will be available in application after job finish.

j) After submitting the job, the user will be directed to the job status page. To view the media created for each job, the user should select the job row and click on the 'Go to Media Management' icon in the header. This action will navigate the user to the media management page, displaying only the filtered data from the current batch.
