Bulk Upload Using ZIP

All files loaded in a single ZIP will have the same tags applied to them. Additionally, each media from the batch will be assigned the same description and channels. (If description is not provided then media title and description will be the same, i.e., file name.)

Note: Each job allows only a single type of asset (Documents, Images, Video, or Audio) to be uploaded to the server. Therefore, when creating a ZIP file, select all desired media of the same type in one selection. If the ZIP file contains multiple or unsupported file formats, the application will ignore the unsupported files and process only the allowed ones. Including unwanted files will unnecessarily increase the size of the ZIP file, leading to longer upload times. All media from nested folders will be treated as root-level media. Any archived or ZIP folder inside the main ZIP file will be ignored and cannot be extracted.

Current limits

  • MAX 500 media per batch

  • Total inclusive size should not be greater than 2 GB
